About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team for the prestigious Qiddiya project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring strict compliance with local and international safety standards, and promoting a strong culture of health and safety on site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and company policies on-site
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections regularly
  • Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and subcontractors
  • Liaise with project management and local authorities regarding HSE compliance
  • Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer on large-scale construction projects (KSA/Gulf experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi safety laws and international HSE standards (OSHA/NEBOSH)
  • Valid transferable Iqama preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
