An accountant is required to hire immediately from inside Saudi Arabia only.
An organization operating in the restaurant sector in Riyadh announces its need to hire a full-time accountant.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Recording daily accounting operations (exchange bonds – receipt vouchers – purchase invoices – closing / settlements of cashiers accounts … etc).
– Making the necessary entitlements and adjustments for the monthly closures and preparing the bank’s settlement memorandum.
– Preparing accounting / financial reports (supplier reports – inventory reports – treasury reports – point of sale reports – and cost analysis reports).
– Follow-up of general accounts, expenses and revenues.
– Follow-up inventory and monthly inventory closings.
– Registration and liquidation of the monthly staff covenant.
– Follow up the cashier boxes on a daily basis and make settlements according to collection methods (cash – network – delivery applications – and recording differences).
– Participate in inventory inventory and various inventory operations of fixed assets and funds … Etc.
– Prepare and submit VAT returns.
– Preparing monthly reports and periodic reports.
– Any other recognized accounting tasks. Such as (archiving documents – editing exchange orders … etc.)
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
– Experience in preparing a list of depository costs for restaurant products (standard costs of products).
– Work experience of not less than three years in the field of accounting, (in the field of restaurants is a prerequisite).
– It is preferable to have experience in using the Foodics / Console and Foodics accounting program.
– Excellent analytical and organizational skills. And fast learning.
– Profession in residence accountant and be ready to transfer sponsorship (for residents).
– Ready to go immediately.
