An established company specializing in the ownership and management of residential and commercial complexes is seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to lead and supervise a team of three accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting team.
- Oversee rent inventory, revenue tracking, and financial transactions related to residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support senior management with financial insights and reports.
- Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6–8 years in accounting, with prior experience in property management or a related field strongly preferred.
- Location: Riyadh
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and property management systems.
